VKC, Taking a Bite Out of SL Dog Fun
The creator of VKC Dogs in Second Life felt that he had not alienated enough SL Residents from his dogs.
A few days ago as he released the Husky that he promised well over a year ago. To everyones surprise, upon purchasing a dog we learned the dogs are no copy/no transfer, and if that were not enough, each purchaser received a "user agreement" outlining all of the reasons that the dogs are not really your property!

In other words, VKC still owns the dog you buy, and you may not play with it except in the manners outlined. You may not publish any picture of this dog anyplace unless the creator approves, and he reserves the right to makle you legal complications should he not approve.
He can remove your access to the clinic or your dog at any time based soley on his discretion, and he is 100% free of any liability no matter what happens to the product or your account.
Sounds like a swell deal, LOL!
The actual VKC User Agreement was posted here, but a complaint was filed, by VKC, that the User Agreement was copyrighted, and the User Agreement was removed, so that the new terms can not be read about here (I guess they did not want anyone reading it). To get a copy, simply IM me in world, and I will happily send you a copy!
